The staff members are super friendly and responsive. We had an issue with last minute Booking reservation and reception lady was very responsive and helped us not to stay overnight in lobby. :) Next morning another lady at the reception was so smiley and kind. You are doing your job very well, thank you! Hotel is in good location for overnight stay. Room was clean and there is provided coffee maker in the room, bottle of water, small fridge and a safe. There is spacious car park free of charge. Definitely recommend and we will book again when we will be in this area.

The location was great for us, close to motorway which suited us as it was a stopover. We drove three miles in the morning, left our car at the Train Station Weisloch-Walldorf and took a Group Ticket to cover us for approx. €21 for 3 adults on all local trains and buses for the day (not ICE trains) to Heidelberg for the Christmas Market, the gentleman on Reception gave us very detailed instructions for where we needed to go. The restaurant staff in the evening were very helpful and personable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and excellent quality. Sadly we didn't have time to try the Indoor Pool.

Nice room, many rooms on the ground floor, I like it when traveling by car. Good location if you don't have to stay in the city. Pool!

Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff who also made our little dog feel welcome with some little snacks! Dinner in the restaurant was really tasty and good value, and it was so convenient to have dinner on site rather than have to drive somewhere else after a long day in the car. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very tasty with abundant selection of... pretty much everything. My room was very quiet (with windows overlook the courtyard). No idea if there are rooms that face the road nearby (but it doesn't seem to be very busy in the evenings/at night though).

Excellent room with good beds. Bathroom is good, despite the shower/tub combo. The (indoor) pool is very nice, Unfortunately it was too cold for the outdoor pool. Breakfast was plentiful with good products. Kind staff (the afternoon/evening staff was more friendly then the morning staff). Restaurant offers enough options for dinner.

Big Hotel, perfectly positioned in our way to or from Italy. We are traveling with 4 people and had to book two rooms. Hotel accommodated our request and had a twin rooms. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. We drive electric so the fast charger next to the Hotel is just perfect

We were travelling to Austria and used this as an overnight stopover. The hotel was very close to the motorway with good free parking. The staff were really helpful and the pools, sauna and restaurants were much appreciated after a long drive. The restaurant is expensive but the food was very good and for the convenience it was perfect. The rooms were also spacious, clean and the beds very comfy

There was a slight mix up with the rooms in that i thought i had booked 2x twin rooms, where infact they ended up as 2x double rooms. The staff were very impressive and even though they were very busy found us 2 rooms with seperate beds. Which was in fact a very nice upgrade in the room! Stayed a number of times before and is very comfortable, clean etc. My go to hotel for Hockenheim

The staff were wonderful. The woman on reception welcomed us with kindness, the staff in the restaurant were attentive and caring. All of them were smiley. Hotel is large very close to the motorway so excellent for us on our journey. Dogs welcomed 😊. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All of this was made better by the welcome.
